Consultants provide technical support based on the specifications provided by our client. They are responsible for the technical aspects of a project. They report to a project engineer or to a more experienced consultant, who helps them to select their projects and provides periodic supervision. Sophia Conseil’s consultants are able to evolve in their role, in particular through our research & development facilities. These facilities are located in our two development centers, in Sophia Antipolis and in Neuilly-sur-Seine. By working at our research & development facilities, Sophia Conseil’s consultants can participate in projects that expand their skill-sets. Progress is also based on the creativity of each individual: we strongly believe in the incubation of highly-innovative ideas.

Project engineers identify clients’ particular needs, provide them with a customized solution, and assist the consultants of their teams by providing them with high-quality projects. Project engineers ensure that projects are properly management. They have commercial, managerial, financial, and human resource-related responsibilities, while consultants are responsible for the technical aspects of a project.
Project engineers participate in the process from the moment we respond to a client’s request for proposal. They negotiate and sign contracts and also take part in project coordination, making sure that all requirements in terms of quality, costs, and deadlines are met. They know to surround themselves with the best professionals in all areas of engineering. They also serve as the dedicated point of contact for the consultants who provide technical support on-site at the facilities of Sophia Conseil’s clients.

The head office staff-members , working in Sophia Antipolis, serve as the solid foundation that supports the company’s development. These staff members are always ready to assist the consultants and project engineers. Sophia Conseil’s cross-company services play an important role in the organization of our original development model.
