Electrical engineer


Electrical engineers work in the areas of electricity production, distribution, and use. They are responsible for developing and verifying the various phases of the research, implementation, operation, and maintenance of electrical equipment.

 

As experts in electricity, they may be responsible, in particular, for:

  • defining the architecture of an electrical engine.
  • defining the compliance tests for a prototype, according to safety standards and performance expectations.
  • creating batteries for telecommunications satellites.

Electrical engineers participate, namely, in the transportation and energy sectors.
